All postal votes must be returned by noon on 25 th November, 2008. This form may also be used if you are
unable to vote on polling day and wish to attend the Judicial Greffe to cast a pre-poll vote in person. Please
bring with you some form of identification.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
1. An elector whose application to vote by post or to cast a pre-poll poll vote has been
granted, is disqualified from voting in person at the polling station on election day .
2. An application for registration by a person wishing to vote by post must be made

before 12.00 noon on Friday, 21
November, , 2008, and the sealed envelope
containing the completed ballot and other documentation must be returned to the
Postal & Pre-Poll Poll Voting Officer by no later than noon on Tuesday, 25 th November,
2008
