All postal votes must be returned by noon on 25 th November, 2008. This form may also be used if you are<br />

unable to vote on polling day and wish to attend the Judicial Greffe to cast a pre-poll vote in person. Please<br />

bring with you some form of identification.<br />

IMPORTANT NOTICE<br />

1. An elector whose application to vote by post or to cast a pre-poll poll vote has been<br />

granted, is disqualified from voting in person at the polling station on election day .<br />

2. An application for registration by a person wishing to vote by post must be made<br />
