remove its troops from the bases they occupy in Vietnam CiS soon

bases througho'Jt the Pacific, from Hawaii to the Philippines,
to assure its own security. America doesn't want or need8ases
on Vietnam's land.
THEN WHAT DO THEY WANT HERE?

comes at the request of the VN government and people. They have
asked for help to d,?fend their country against Communism aggression.
America believes - - and rightly so - - that if even one free

powerful and free nation in the world, America itself is the
