2013 SUMMER PROGRAM ADDENDUM (Pro-Rated Fees)<br />

This document is incorporated by reference and is made a part of <strong>the</strong> <strong>Membership</strong> Application of <strong>the</strong><br />
undersigned Applicant(s).<br />
Summer <strong>Membership</strong>s shall be available only during <strong>the</strong> period August 1, 2013 to October 31, 2013.<br />
Pursuant to <strong>the</strong> <strong>Club</strong> Documents, <strong>Membership</strong> Application and this Summer <strong>Membership</strong> <strong>Addendum</strong>, <strong>the</strong><br />
Applicant(s) hereby apply <strong>for</strong> a Summer <strong>Membership</strong> in <strong>the</strong> following indicated membership category at <strong>the</strong><br />
indicated fee:<br />
SINGLE / FAMILY GOLF $250 plus $16.25 sales tax = $266.25<br />
SINGLE / FAMILY TENNIS $125 plus $8.13 sales tax = $133.13<br />
SINGLE / FAMILY SOCIAL $62.50 plus $4.06 sales tax = $66.56<br />
First-time participants must pay a refundable security deposit in one of <strong>the</strong> following amounts: Currently<br />
waived.<br />
Golf—$500 (waived) Tennis—$300 (waived) Social—$300 (waived)<br />
Applicant(s) shall pay to <strong>the</strong> <strong>Club</strong> upon <strong>the</strong> signing of this <strong>Addendum</strong> as a Summer Program fee <strong>the</strong> sum of<br />
$ , includes applicable Florida State sales tax.<br />
Applicants are required to meet a Food-only Minimum of $125/Family; $62.50/Single (unmarried individual)<br />
<strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> Summer period._______ (initial here). As a reminder, our dining operation will be closed from Sunday,<br />
August 11 through Sunday, August 25 <strong>for</strong> Annual <strong>Club</strong>house Maintenance.<br />
Summer Golf members who reside in <strong>Palm</strong> <strong>Aire</strong> may use <strong>the</strong>ir own carts only if <strong>the</strong>y pay <strong>the</strong> nonrefundable<br />
trail fee of $1,675 (family) or $1,445 (unmarried, single individual). Tax will be added.<br />
Proof of registration and insurance required. Registration <strong>for</strong>ms may be obtained in <strong>the</strong> <strong>Club</strong> office.<br />
Applicant(s) must be approved by <strong>the</strong> Board of Governors <strong>for</strong> membership in <strong>the</strong> usual manner, subject to<br />
current membership caps. In <strong>the</strong> event of disapproval <strong>the</strong> Summer Program fee paid will be refunded, less<br />
any sums due to <strong>the</strong> <strong>Club</strong> <strong>for</strong> charges incurred including but not limited to food, beverage, pro shops and cart<br />
fees. Once approved <strong>for</strong> membership <strong>the</strong> Summer Program, fee paid is non-refundable.<br />

Applicant(s) hereby agree to pay all <strong>Club</strong> charges incurred including but not limited to food, beverage,<br />
merchandise and cart fees. Payment method: check or pre-authorized payment.<br />
During <strong>the</strong> Summer <strong>Membership</strong> period Applicant(s) will be entitled to <strong>the</strong> use of <strong>the</strong> <strong>Club</strong> facilities as<br />
authorized <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> membership category indicated above. The Golf Practice Facility is available only to golf<br />
members and <strong>the</strong>ir paying guests.<br />
Applicant(s) have <strong>the</strong> right during <strong>the</strong> Summer Program period and once approved <strong>for</strong> membership by <strong>the</strong><br />
Board of Governors, to become a member of <strong>the</strong> <strong>Club</strong> in any membership category by purchasing <strong>the</strong><br />
appropriate Equity Certificate and paying <strong>the</strong> appropriate Initiation Fee. If Applicant(s) give <strong>the</strong> <strong>Club</strong> written<br />
notice of an intention to become equity member(s) of <strong>the</strong> <strong>Club</strong> within two weeks of <strong>the</strong> expiration of <strong>the</strong> Summer<br />
Program period <strong>the</strong>n <strong>the</strong> Summer Program fee paid will be credited in full to <strong>the</strong> joining fees <strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> membership<br />
category selected.<br />
Summer members and any guests are subject to <strong>the</strong> <strong>Club</strong> By-Laws and <strong>Club</strong> General Rules governing members<br />
and must at all times be in compliance with <strong>the</strong> dress code. Please refer to <strong>the</strong> Members’ website at<br />
www.palmaire.net to view.<br />
Summer members may participate in all <strong>Club</strong> activities/events and may participate in <strong>the</strong> Men’s Golf<br />
Assn., Women’s Golf Assn., and/or Tennis Assn., based on <strong>Membership</strong> selected and upon application<br />
and payment of <strong>the</strong> appropriate membership fees <strong>for</strong> those organizations.<br />
Summer members are not permitted to participate in <strong>the</strong> <strong>Club</strong>’s Reciprocal golf or dining with o<strong>the</strong>r local<br />
clubs.<br />
