● CHANGES TO DNA RECORDING PROCEDURE
We now have a more simplified way of recording Genetictesting
results. When requesting a Genetic testing kit, you
are no longer required to submit photos of your horse or
return the registration certificate to the office.

Once the results have been processed by the laboratory
and returned to the office the genetic result will be
recorded on the horses file and a letter explaining the
results will be sent directly to the owner. This means that
genetic results are processed in a more timely fashion, and
reduces the paperwork to and from owner and office.
We are not automatically noting Registration Certificates
with the Case Number / Testing result, however, should you
wish to have the results recorded on the horses Certificate
of Registration, you can forward two recent photographs
and the current Certificate of Registration with the Re-issue
fee of $35- to the office.
