DANGER. Corrosive. Causes irreversible eye damage. Causes skin burns. Harmful if swallowed. Do not get in<br />

eyes, or on skin or clothing. Sodium orthophenylphenate has been shown to cause bladder tumors when fed to rats<br />

in extremely high doses, but risks from environmental exposure are considered negligible.<br />

4. F I R S T A I D M E A S U R E S<br />

If in Eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15 – 20 minutes. Remove contact lenses,<br />

oceans or other waters unless in accordance with the requirements of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination<br />

Systems (NPDES) permit and the permitting authority has been notified in writing prior to discharge. Do not<br />

discharge effluent containing this product into sewer systems without previously notifying the local sewage treatment<br />

plant authority. For guidance, contact your state water board or regional office of the EPA.<br />

Pesticide Disposal: Product or rinsate that cannot be used should be diluted with water and disposed of in a<br />
