PRINCIPAL USE<br />

<strong>Acidex</strong> eliminates hard-water deposits as well as natural fruit wax from apples.<br />

COMPOSITION<br />

<strong>Acidex</strong> is made with phosphoric acid and surfactants that conform with FDA regulations, 21 CFR, Subpart D,<br />

Section 173.315, for washing fruits and vegetables.<br />

DIRECTIONS<br />

Apply to fruit with an overhead spray bar. If possible, run fruit through brushes for thorough scrubbing. Always<br />

rinse fruit with potable water before applying coatings.<br />
