Setting the <strong>Line</strong> Rate<br />

Purpose:<br />

Syntax:<br />

Sets the camera’s line rate in Hz. <strong>Camera</strong> must be operating in<br />

exposure mode 2 or 7.<br />

Syntax Elements:<br />

Desired line rate in Hz. Allowable values are:<br />

1k 1 tap: 300-36000 Hz<br />

1k 2 tap: 300-68000 Hz<br />

2k 1 tap: 300-18500 Hz<br />

2k 2 tap: 300-36000 Hz<br />

Notes: • To read the current line frequency, use the command 29Hgcp or<br />

30Hget ssf.<br />

• If you enter an invalid line rate frequency, an error message is<br />

returned.<br />

Setting the Exposure Time<br />

Purpose:<br />

Syntax:<br />

Sets the camera’s exposure time is µs. <strong>Camera</strong> must be operating in<br />

mode 2, 6, or 8.<br />

Syntax Elements:<br />

Desired exposure time in µs. Allowable range is 3 to 3300µs.*<br />

Notes: • To read the current line frequency, use the command 33Hgcp or<br />

34Hget set.<br />

• If you enter an invalid line rate frequency, an error message is<br />

returned.<br />

• *The exposure time range is based on the current line rate.<br />

• To determine the maximum exposure time allowed for the<br />

current line rate, use the command get ger.<br />
