This token contains the last 3D reference or external reference to a cell range in deleted columns or rows. In BIFF5 the
contents of this token differs for 3D respectively external references. This token is not allowed in conditions of conditional
formattings and in data validity. If this token is used in cell formulas, it prevents the creation of shared formulas.
