4 2 Line pattern: 0000 H = Solid 0005 H = None (invisible)
0001 H = Dashed 0006 H = 25% grey pattern
0002 H = Dotted 0007 H = 50% grey pattern
0003 H = Dash-dotted 0008 H = 75% grey pattern
0004 H = Dash-dot-dotted
6 2 Line weight: FFFF H = Hairline (BIFF3-BIFF8 only)
0000 H = Thin
