The CHESCHERFORMAT Block describes a complex area format (colour gradients with and without transparence,
hatches, or bitmap textures).

7.3.3 CHFRAME Block
The CHFRAME Block describes the border and area formatting of a frame. A frame is a rectangular object in the chart,
for instance a text object, the legend, or even the chart itself. The CHFRAME Block does not include positioning information
for the frame.
