pass [rtn-reset] in quick proto tcp from 192.34.23.1 to any port = 25 keep limit 5<br />
This rule will limit maximum concurrent connections from host 192.34.23.1 to 5.<br />
If [rtn-reset] option is specified, reset will be sent for over limit connection.<br />
