The 45 Environment Days of the City of Toronto are the<br />
main outreach activity. These are supplemented by 20<br />
other trade and community events annually, including all<br />
the City of Toronto Reno-Forums. Council should endorse<br />
the creation of a program to provide financial assistance<br />
to owners of low-rise residential buildings for energy<br />
