Business Services<br />

We provide our business customers with a wide range of voice and data communications<br />

services. We target small and medium sized businesses, and more selectively, large businesses and public<br />

sector organizations.<br />

Our six years of operations have provided us with a deep knowledge of our current and potential<br />

business customers’ communications requirements. This knowledge has led us to develop new services<br />

and to redesign our sales and marketing processes in order to fulfill our customers’ needs.<br />

By taking advantage of our residential network we can provide direct access communications<br />

services to business customers and earn incremental, high margin revenue with a limited need for<br />

additional investment.<br />

Small and medium sized businesses<br />

Small and medium sized businesses demand simple and understandable products and services<br />

that provide them with effective solutions to their communications requirements at reasonable flat rate<br />

prices.<br />

We provide our business customers with a number of options including “Oficina ONO”, which<br />

bundles two voice lines with guaranteed broadband Internet services of up to 4 Mbps, and a variety of<br />

other value-added options. Our bundled services have been one of the principal factors contributing to the<br />

32.3% growth in our business services customer base during <strong>20</strong>04.<br />

We can also address the specific needs of our customers with the different value-added services<br />

contained in our product portfolio.<br />

Large businesses<br />

Large business customers accounts demand far more specific and sophisticated services than our<br />

small and medium sized businesses. We believe that our fiber-rich local access network in our franchise<br />

areas and our increasing presence as a national communications company allows us to offer businesses<br />

with competitively priced, reliable, high quality products and services covering a complete voice and data<br />

portfolio.<br />

For customers inside our franchise areas we have developed dedicated provisioning and<br />

installation teams and have established an account management system to give these customers a single<br />

direct point of contact within ONO, allowing us to seek on a proactive basis to provide customized<br />

solutions to their communications requirements.<br />

As a result of the increase in the size of our network and the improvement of our business<br />

product portfolio, we were awarded the supply contract for the provision of telecommunications and data<br />

services to the City Council of Valencia. Valencia is the largest city within our regional clusters and the<br />

third largest city in Spain. In February <strong>20</strong>04, we were awarded a similar public contract to supply<br />

telecommunications services to the City Council of Mallorca. These successes, which will generate<br />
