The distribution of the workforce by
gender, age, and seniority reflects the
recruitment policy of ONO, which is based
on the principles of equal opportunities
and non-discrimination. As a result in
2012 no incidents of discrimination were
recorded.
In 2012, 40.6% of the workforce were
women, and 25.5% of the management
segment (directors and managers) were
women.
The average age was 40 and the 35 to 39
year range was the most common (31.9%
of the total).
