1. General information
The main activity of Grupo Corporativo ONO, S.A. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter, “the Group”) is constructing and operating fibre networks
in order to provide integrated television and telecommunications services in Spain by means of the transmission of images, voice and data.
The Group, which operates in the market under the trade mark ONO, mainly comprises operating companies that are legally authorised to
provide telecommunications and audiovisual services.
Grupo Corporativo ONO, S.A. (hereinafter, “the Parent Company”) was incorporated on 31 May, 2000 for an indefinite term. The Parent
Company has its registered offices and tax address at Edificio Belagua, calle Basauri, 7-9, urbanización La Florida, Aravaca, Madrid.
