Remedy:<br />
1. Check the device.<br />
2. Check the voltage supply of the device to<br />

value and whether the permissible AC<br />
<strong>com</strong>ponent was exceeded (see<br />
corresponding data sheet).<br />
3. Check the power supply unit of this bus<br />
terminal module for overload (see<br />
corresponding data sheet).<br />
