DEV: Device error<br />
PF: Peripheral fault<br />

hexadecimal notation. If the HEX segment is not<br />

PARA The displayed value is a parameter of a<br />
message.<br />
CODE The displayed value represents a code.<br />
SEG.POS The displayed value is a device number (bus<br />
segment and position). A counting method<br />
example can be found on the inside cover page<br />
of this guide.<br />
HEX The value in the second main line is displayed in<br />
hexadecimal notation. If the HEX segment is not<br />
activated, the value is displayed in decimal<br />
notation.<br />

VALUE The displayed number represents a value.<br />
CODE The displayed value represents a code.<br />
HIGH The displayed number is the high-order word of<br />
a 32-bit value.<br />
LOW The displayed number is the low-order word of a<br />
32-bit value.<br />
