– The download of the new firmware failed<br />

– A hardware fault has occurred.<br />

Remedy: Reload the firmware. If the error<br />

message is still generated, a hardware fault has<br />

occurred. Replace the controller board.<br />

1013 CTRL A firmware error occurred. (See Error Code<br />
