Frank S. TROUTMAN died yesterday at his home at 728 Tallman Street. He was born in Seneca Falls Jun 6, 1849, and resided
there until 1909, when he came to Syracuse. Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Cornelia M. TROUTMAN, three sons, Joel F.
TROUTMAN of 167 Beverly road, Oliver W. TROUTMAN, of Mount Pleasant, Mich., and J. Louis TROUTMAN of 106 Upland Road;
a daughter, Miss Marie A. TROUTMAN, 728 Tallman Street, and four grandhildren. Private prayer service will be held at 11 o`clock
Thursday morning at the home with funeral services at Sanderson`s undertaking rooms, Seneca Falls at 2:30. Burial will be made in
Seneca Falls Cemetery.
(Frank S. TROUTMAN is the son of Joel TROUTMAN and Louisa OSMAN); he was the father of the below Joel F. Troutman.

Joel F. TROUTMAN Rites Will Be Conducted on Thursday. Joel Frank TROUTMAN, 62, of 162 Beverly Road, president of the
Conduit Electric Supply Company of West Jefferson Street, died in the Syracuse General Hospital Tuesday morning following an
operation for hernia.
Mr. TROUTMAN was well known in Masonic circles. He was a member of Uncas Lodge and had served as master of the lodge from
1921 to 1923. He was born in Seneca Falls Oct. 16, 1872, the son of the late Frank and Cornelia TROUTMAN, and came to
Syracuse in 1906. He was employed by the Franklin Motor Company before entering the electric business.
Funeral services will be conducted from the home Thursday afternoon at 1 o`clock by the Rev. Claude H. Leyfield, rector of the
Trinity Episcopal Church. Masonic rites will be conducted by members of the Uncas Lodge. Burial will be in Restvale Cemetery,
Seneca Falls.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Frank LAZERUS of Montclair, N. J., and Miss Minerva A. TROUTMAN; a sister Miss Marie
TROUTMAN, a brother, Louis TROUTMAN; a nephew, Frank G. TROUTMAN, and a niece, Miss Doris M. TROUTMAN, all of
Syracuse.

Mrs. Mildred Frances (Walter) TROUTMAN, 59, wife of Joel F. TROUTMAN, died yesterday at her home, 167 Beverly Road. She
had been ill only a few days with pneumonia.
Mrs. Troutman was born in Seneca Falls, May 18, 1875, a daughter of William and Elizabeth WALTER, and had lived in Syracuse
nearly 30 years. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal church.
Surviving besides her husband are two daughters, Mrs. Frank W. LAZARUS of Montclair, N. J., and Miss Minerva TROUTMAN of
Syracuse. She was interred at Restvale Cemetery, Seneca Falls, NY.
