count <strong>and</strong> collect the cards <strong>of</strong> the continuing players<br />

<strong>and</strong> place them in the discard rack.<br />

(3) The bet wagers are void.<br />

(4) However, if a player has made a jackpot wager <strong>and</strong> has a<br />

winning jackpot h<strong>and</strong>, the dealer must not collect the<br />

player’s cards until the dealer has dealt with it under<br />

sections 23 to 25.<br />

19 If dealer’s h<strong>and</strong> qualifies<br />

(1) This section applies if the dealer’s h<strong>and</strong> qualifies.<br />

(2) After declaring that the dealer’s h<strong>and</strong> qualifies, the dealer,<br />

starting on the dealer’s right <strong>and</strong> continuing anticlockwise<br />

around the table, must—<br />

(a) turn the cards <strong>of</strong> each continuing player face up; <strong>and</strong><br />

(b) decide the highest poker ranking <strong>of</strong> the player’s h<strong>and</strong>.<br />

20 Players must not exchange cards or communicate<br />

A player must not—<br />

(a) exchange cards; or<br />

(b) exchange or communicate, or cause to be exchanged or<br />

communicated, information about the player’s h<strong>and</strong>; or<br />

(c) speak in a language other than English if directed by a<br />

dealer or floor manager; or<br />

(d) touch another player’s cards.
