(2) The pit manager must ensure that the card machine is
repaired or replaced in accordance with the casino’s
approved control system.
(3) If the pit manager considers that the malfunction has
disadvantaged a player, each player must be given the
opportunity to have their wagers for the round of play
returned to the player before the round of play is continued.
