20 Players not to h<strong>and</strong>le cards<br />

A player or spectator must not h<strong>and</strong>le, remove or alter any<br />

cards used in a game <strong>of</strong> casino war.<br />

21 Player responsible for own card rank<br />

Each player at the table is responsible for correctly<br />

computing the ranking <strong>of</strong> their h<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong> may not rely on the<br />

rank announced by the dealer.<br />

Irregularities<br />

22 Exposed card in rack<br />

A card found face up in the shoe must be removed from play<br />

<strong>and</strong> placed in the discard rack.<br />

23 Card drawn in error to be used in play<br />

A card drawn in error from the shoe if not disclosed is used<br />

as the next card from the shoe.<br />

24 Card drawn in error not to be used in play<br />

(1) This section applies if—<br />

(a)<br />

(b)<br />

during the subsequent deal, it is noticed that a card<br />

has been dealt to a betting area without a wager after<br />

the dealer has acted on a h<strong>and</strong>; or<br />

a card is drawn in error from the shoe to the dealer’s<br />

completed h<strong>and</strong>.<br />

(2) The card must be removed from play <strong>and</strong> placed in the<br />

discard rack.
