Preliminary<br />

1 Conducting <strong>and</strong> playing casino war<br />

This schedule states the rules for conducting <strong>and</strong> playing the<br />

casino game known as casino war.<br />

2 Definitions for sch 18<br />

In this schedule—<br />

casino war wager see section 7(2).<br />

go to war means when the player’s first card <strong>and</strong> the dealer’s<br />

first card are <strong>of</strong> equal rank <strong>and</strong> the player elects to continue<br />

the game.<br />

go to war wager see section 7(2).<br />

surrender means when the player’s first card <strong>and</strong> the dealer’s<br />

first card are <strong>of</strong> equal rank <strong>and</strong> the player elects to forfeit half<br />

<strong>of</strong> their casino war wager.<br />

tie wager see section 7(2).<br />

3 Table <strong>and</strong> layout<br />

(1) <strong>Casino</strong> war is played at a table having a place for the dealer<br />

on 1 side <strong>and</strong> places for the players on the opposite side.<br />

(2) The layout cloth for the casino war table must have printed<br />

on it—<br />

(a) the name <strong>of</strong>, or logo for, the casino; <strong>and</strong><br />

(b) rectangular, circular or oval areas to show boxes for<br />

casino war wagers, go to war wagers <strong>and</strong> tie wagers.
