1 Conducting <strong>and</strong> playing baccarat<br />

This schedule states the rules for conducting <strong>and</strong> playing<br />

the casino game known as baccarat.<br />

2 Definitions for sch 1<br />

In this schedule—<br />

draw, for the banker’s or player’s h<strong>and</strong>, means take a third<br />

card.<br />

stay, for the banker’s or player’s h<strong>and</strong>, means not take a<br />

third card.<br />

3 Table <strong>and</strong> layout<br />

(1) Baccarat is played on a table having numbered places for<br />

10 to 14 seated players.<br />

(2) The layout cloth covering the table must have imprinted on<br />

it the name <strong>of</strong>, or logo for, the casino <strong>and</strong> must be marked<br />

similarly to the way shown in diagram 1.1.<br />

4 Drop box <strong>and</strong> discard holder<br />

The baccarat table must have a drop box <strong>and</strong> a discard<br />

holder attached to it in approximately the position shown in<br />

diagram 1.1.
