the minimum <strong>and</strong> maximum buy-in;<br />

(ii) betting limits <strong>and</strong> structure;<br />

(iii) that there are 2 blind bets;<br />

(iv) the value <strong>of</strong> each blind bet;<br />

(v) the rate <strong>of</strong> commission or the amount <strong>of</strong> the<br />

participation fee.<br />

(2) A table may also be equipped with a mechanical shuffling<br />

device approved by the chief executive for use in texas<br />

hold’em poker <strong>and</strong> omaha poker.<br />

(3) A table may also have a commission box attached to<br />

temporarily hold the commission collected during gaming.<br />

Preparing for the game<br />

13 Cards<br />

Texas hold’em poker <strong>and</strong> omaha poker is played with a<br />

complete deck <strong>of</strong> 52 cards with backs <strong>of</strong> the same colour<br />

<strong>and</strong> design <strong>and</strong> 1 cutting card.<br />

14 Procedures for inspecting, shuffling <strong>and</strong> cutting cards<br />

(1) Cards must be inspected <strong>and</strong> shuffled—<br />

(a)<br />

(b)<br />

under the provisions <strong>of</strong> this part; <strong>and</strong><br />

under the approved control system for the casino.<br />

(2) Before being used in play, the cards must be inspected to<br />

check—<br />

(a)<br />

(b)<br />

for marks <strong>and</strong> imperfections; <strong>and</strong><br />

that each deck <strong>of</strong> cards being used for the game is<br />

correct <strong>and</strong> complete.
