39 How perfect pairs wager dealt with<br />

(1) After each player has been dealt the player’s first 2 cards,<br />

the dealer must—<br />

(a) take away all losing perfect pairs wagers; <strong>and</strong><br />

(b) make a payout to each player who has placed a<br />

winning perfect pairs wager.<br />

(2) The dealer then goes on to deal with each player in the<br />

usual way for spanish blackjack.<br />

40 Definitions for pt 6<br />

In this part—<br />

controlling player, for a box, means the player whom the<br />

dealer decides, under section 32, controls the box.<br />

electronic prize meter means a meter for displaying the<br />

amount <strong>of</strong> the prize for each $1 wager that is a madness 21<br />

wager.<br />

41 Additional madness 21 wager<br />

A player may choose to place an additional wager (a<br />

madness 21 wager) if—<br />

(a) the boxes for wagers on the spanish blackjack table<br />

layout provide for madness 21 wagers; <strong>and</strong><br />

(b) the table is fitted with the following equipment<br />

approved by the chief executive—<br />

(i) a jackpot button;<br />

(ii) a r<strong>and</strong>om number generator;<br />

(iii) an electronic prize meter.
