one card face up to each box on the layout which<br />

contains a spanish blackjack wager;<br />

one card face up to the dealer;<br />

a second card face up to each box which contains a<br />

spanish blackjack wager.<br />

(2) After 2 cards have been dealt to each player <strong>and</strong> 1 card to<br />

the dealer, the dealer, starting from the dealer’s left, must<br />

announce each player’s point total <strong>and</strong> each player must<br />

indicate whether the player wishes to double down, split<br />

cards, st<strong>and</strong>, or draw. 11<br />

(3) For subsection (2)—<br />

(a)<br />

(b)<br />

a player must indicate whether the player wishes to<br />

double down or split cards by placing an additional<br />

wager; <strong>and</strong><br />

a player must indicate whether the player wishes to<br />

st<strong>and</strong> or draw by a h<strong>and</strong> signal.<br />

(4) As each player indicates his or her decision, the dealer must<br />

deal face up the additional cards required <strong>and</strong> must<br />

announce the point total <strong>of</strong> the player’s h<strong>and</strong> after each<br />

additional card is dealt.<br />

(5) After all additional cards have been dealt, the dealer must<br />

deal a second card face up to the dealer’s h<strong>and</strong>.<br />

(6) Any additional cards dealt to the h<strong>and</strong> <strong>of</strong> the dealer must be<br />

dealt face up after which the dealer must announce the<br />

dealer’s point total.<br />

19 Collecting <strong>and</strong> discarding cards after play<br />

(1) At the completion <strong>of</strong> a round <strong>of</strong> play, all cards still<br />

remaining on the layout must be picked up by the dealer in<br />

order so that the cards can be easily arranged to indicate<br />

each player’s h<strong>and</strong> if there is a question or dispute.<br />

(2) The dealer must pick up the cards starting with the player to<br />

the dealer’s far right <strong>and</strong> moving anticlockwise around the<br />

table.<br />
