dealer’s point total but neither is more than 21; or

is void if the player’s and the dealer’s point totals are
the same unless paragraph (c) or (d) applies; or
loses if the player’s point total is more than 21; or
(g) loses if the dealer’s point total is more than the
player’s point total but neither is more than 21.
8 How wagers may be made
(1) A wager at spanish blackjack is made by placing chips in
the appropriate area of the layout.
(2) A wager can not be made orally.
9 Payout odds for winning wagers
(1) Winning wagers with the following results are paid at the
odds stated—
