than the point count <strong>of</strong> the banker’s h<strong>and</strong>; <strong>and</strong><br />

loses if the player’s h<strong>and</strong>—<br />

(i)<br />

has a point count lower than the banker’s h<strong>and</strong>;<br />

or<br />

(ii) is not a natural <strong>and</strong> has a point count less than 4<br />

points higher than the banker’s h<strong>and</strong>; <strong>and</strong><br />

is void if there is a st<strong>and</strong> <strong>of</strong>f.<br />

(3) A dragon bonus wager that is void under subsection (1)(c)<br />

or (2)(c) is returned to the player who made the wager.<br />

34 Payouts<br />

A winning dragon bonus wager in a game <strong>of</strong> mini-baccarat<br />

or premium mini-baccarat must be paid as follows—<br />

(a) for a winning h<strong>and</strong> that is a natural—1 to 1;<br />

(b) for a winning h<strong>and</strong> that is not a natural <strong>and</strong> wins by—<br />

(i) 9 points—30 to 1; or<br />

(ii) 8 points—10 to 1; or<br />

(iii) 7 points—6 to 1; or<br />

(iv) 6 points—4 to 1; or<br />

(v) 5 points—2 to 1; or<br />

(vi) 4 points—1 to 1.<br />

35 Irregularities<br />

(1) A third card dealt to the player’s h<strong>and</strong> when no third card is<br />

authorised by this rule becomes the third card <strong>of</strong> the<br />

banker’s h<strong>and</strong> if, under section 24, the banker’s h<strong>and</strong> must<br />

draw.
