(5) The second <strong>and</strong> fourth cards dealt are the first <strong>and</strong> second<br />

cards <strong>of</strong> the banker’s h<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong> are placed on the banker<br />

box.<br />

(6) All cards must be dealt either face up or face down.<br />

(7) After all the cards are dealt to each h<strong>and</strong>, the cards must be<br />

placed face up in front <strong>of</strong> the dealer, if the cards were dealt<br />

face down.<br />

20 Announcing point count <strong>of</strong> each h<strong>and</strong> after first 4 cards<br />

<strong>and</strong> dealing additional cards<br />

(1) After the first 4 cards have been dealt, the dealer announces<br />

the point count <strong>of</strong> the player’s h<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong> then the banker’s<br />

h<strong>and</strong>.<br />

(2) Following the announcement <strong>of</strong> the point counts <strong>of</strong> each<br />

h<strong>and</strong>, a third card, if required, is dealt to each h<strong>and</strong> under<br />

sections 22 to 24.<br />

(3) Only 1 additional card may be dealt to either h<strong>and</strong>.<br />

21 Appearance <strong>of</strong> cutting card during play<br />

(1) When the cutting card appears during play, it must be<br />

removed <strong>and</strong> the round <strong>of</strong> play completed.<br />

(2) When the round is completed, the dealer must tell the<br />

players a last round is about to be played.<br />

(3) When the further round is completed, no more cards may be<br />

dealt until the cards are shuffled or new cards are brought<br />

into play.<br />

(4) However, if the cutting card is the first card out <strong>of</strong> the shoe<br />

at the start <strong>of</strong> a round <strong>of</strong> cards, the dealer must tell the<br />

players a last round is about to be played, <strong>and</strong> only that<br />

round may be played before the cards are shuffled or new<br />

cards are brought into play.
