(3) A don’t come bet or a don’t win bet may be removed or<br />

reduced at any time but may not be replaced or increased<br />

after the removal or reduction.<br />

7 Circumstances when place bets inactive or active<br />

(1) All buy <strong>and</strong> place bets to win, come odds, <strong>and</strong> hardway<br />

wagers are inactive on a come out roll unless called ‘on’ by<br />

the player <strong>and</strong> confirmed by the dealer or boxperson<br />

through placement <strong>of</strong> an on marker button on top <strong>of</strong> each<br />

player’s wager.<br />

(2) However, 1 wager marked with an on marker button<br />

indicates that all similar wagers for that player are ‘on’<br />

unless otherwise specified by the players.<br />

(3) All other wagers are taken to be ‘on’.<br />

8 Minimum <strong>and</strong> maximum wagers<br />

(1) If the minimum wager permitted for a table is not more than<br />

$5, the maximum wager permitted for the table must be at<br />

least $200.<br />

(2) The maximum wager on win, don’t win, come, or don’t<br />

come must not be an amount that stops a player from taking<br />

the odds or laying the odds in accordance with this<br />

schedule.<br />

9 Player responsible if wagering or giving instructions<br />

(1) A player is responsible for the correct positioning <strong>of</strong> the<br />

player’s wagers on the craps layout regardless <strong>of</strong> whether<br />

the player is assisted by the dealer or stickperson.<br />

(2) The player must ensure the instructions the player gives to<br />

the dealer or stickperson about the placement <strong>of</strong> the<br />

player’s wagers are correctly carried out.<br />

10 Payout odds for winning wagers<br />

(1) Winning wagers at the game <strong>of</strong> craps must be paid at the<br />

following odds—
