• What are the key milestones and deadlines?<br />

• What are the main risks to the success of the project, and how will they be managed?<br />

What kind of project governance structure is most appropriate?<br />

• Who is the most appropriate Minister or senior official to act as the project’s sponsor?<br />

• Should there be an expert advisory panel?<br />

• Should there be a steering group?<br />

• Who should be involved in each?<br />

Who are the key stakeholders?<br />

• What are the interests & views of each stakeholder?<br />

• How supportive and influential is each stakeholder?<br />

• What should be the role of each stakeholder and how should we engage and involve them?<br />
