Registration fee of $20.00 is payable to Grand Chapter

Only out-of-state visitors will register with the Out of State
Guests Committee. All Colorado members will register early
with the Grand Secretary or later with the General
Membership Registration Committee in Executive Room A

The Grand Chapter of Colorado will provide lodging and
meals for the Most Worthy Grand Matron and Most Worthy
Grand Patron, not to exceed 3 nights per Triennium. One
night's lodging for General Grand Chapter Officers,
Ambassadors, and Committee Members once during term of
office will be extended. Each year one complimentary
ticket to the Distinguished Guests Luncheon for the above
plus the Colorado Grand Officers and visiting Grand
Officers will be issued.
Honorary Membership will be extended to Past Grand
Matrons and Past Grand Patrons visiting Colorado for the first
time, Grand Officers visiting Colorado Grand Chapter, and
visiting Grand Representatives of Colorado.
One complimentary ticket to the Grand Representatives
Banquet will be extended to those Grand Representatives
of Colorado visiting for the first time.
You are cordially invited to attend any function listed in the
Social Events with the exception of the Past Grands Banquet
which is limited to Past Grands and their companions, the
PAGO Banquet, and the Sunday Grand Family breakfasts.
Elegant attire is requested for Sisters who will be introduced
on the floor. Street length dresses and pantsuits are appropriate
at other times when attending meetings and social functions.
Suits, sport coats, or tuxedos are appropriate for Brothers.
Cell phones and other electronic devices must be turned
off or set to vibrate or silent mode. If your cell phone
disrupts the session, you will be requested to submit
$20.00 as a donation to the Penney-A-Day Project
payable to the Grand Secretary.
Please be considerate of others and leave the room to
communicate on your phone.
Those entitled to lodging should settle with the hotel and submit
paid receipt to the Grand Secretary by December 1, 2013. For
those sharing a room, reimbursement will be pro-rated.
REPORTS, RESPONSES, ADDRESSES
CEREMONIES, WELCOMES, TRIBUTES,
PRAYERS:
A typewritten copy MUST be given to the Grand Secretary
prior to presentation, or immediately after, for inclusion
in the proceedings. Also submit in electronic format to
grchapcoestar@qwestoffice.net if available.
Limit 3 minutes for reports, 2 minutes for other responses.
LEGISLATION MAY BE PRESENTED AND ACTED
UPON AT ANY CLOSED SESSION.
Those members speaking during the legislation at Grand
Chapter may speak only twice for two minutes maximum,
each time to each amendment.
