The <strong>Grand</strong> <strong>Chapter</strong> of <strong>Colorado</strong> will provide lodging and<br />

meals for the Most Worthy <strong>Grand</strong> Matron and Most Worthy<br />

<strong>Grand</strong> Patron, not to exceed 3 nights per Triennium. One<br />

night's lodging for General <strong>Grand</strong> <strong>Chapter</strong> Officers,<br />

Ambassadors, and Committee Members once during term of<br />

office will be extended. Each year one complimentary<br />

ticket to the Distinguished Guests Luncheon for the above<br />

plus the <strong>Colorado</strong> <strong>Grand</strong> Officers and visiting <strong>Grand</strong><br />

Officers will be issued.<br />

Honorary Membership will be extended to Past <strong>Grand</strong><br />

Matrons and Past <strong>Grand</strong> Patrons visiting <strong>Colorado</strong> for the first<br />

time, <strong>Grand</strong> Officers visiting <strong>Colorado</strong> <strong>Grand</strong> <strong>Chapter</strong>, and<br />

visiting <strong>Grand</strong> Representatives of <strong>Colorado</strong>.<br />

One complimentary ticket to the <strong>Grand</strong> Representatives<br />

Banquet will be extended to those <strong>Grand</strong> Representatives<br />

of <strong>Colorado</strong> visiting for the first time.<br />

You are cordially invited to attend any function listed in the<br />

Social Events with the exception of the Past <strong>Grand</strong>s Banquet<br />

which is limited to Past <strong>Grand</strong>s and their companions, the<br />

PAGO Banquet, and the Sunday <strong>Grand</strong> Family breakfasts.<br />

Elegant attire is requested for Sisters who will be introduced<br />

on the floor. Street length dresses and pantsuits are appropriate<br />

at other times when attending meetings and social functions.<br />

Suits, sport coats, or tuxedos are appropriate for Brothers.<br />

Cell phones and other electronic devices must be turned<br />

off or set to vibrate or silent mode. If your cell phone<br />

disrupts the session, you will be requested to submit<br />

$20.00 as a donation to the Penney-A-Day Project<br />

payable to the <strong>Grand</strong> Secretary.<br />

Please be considerate of others and leave the room to<br />

communicate on your phone.<br />

Those entitled to lodging should settle with the hotel and submit<br />

paid receipt to the <strong>Grand</strong> Secretary by December 1, 2013. For<br />

those sharing a room, reimbursement will be pro-rated.<br />

A typewritten copy MUST be given to the <strong>Grand</strong> Secretary<br />

prior to presentation, or immediately after, for inclusion<br />

in the proceedings. Also submit in electronic format to<br />

grchapcoestar@qwestoffice.net if available.<br />

Limit 3 minutes for reports, 2 minutes for other responses.<br />

LEGISLATION MAY BE PRESENTED AND ACTED<br />

UPON AT ANY CLOSED SESSION.<br />

Those members speaking during the legislation at <strong>Grand</strong><br />

<strong>Chapter</strong> may speak only twice for two minutes maximum,<br />

each time to each amendment.<br />
