5 Ten steps A&D process in detail The following paragraphs describe in detail the ten steps towards the A&D Certificate and the follow-up of continuous and comprehensive quality improvements. It describes the activities and obligations of each of the parties involved in the A&D Programme. 5.1 Step 1: Application of a cancer institute in the programme Step 1 is the application of the A&D Programme and filling the designation screening list. Figure 3 shows the details of this step.
