Note: In an effort to release individual score and summary reports earlier,<br />
there will be only one extended data correction window, July 5, 2013 through<br />
August 31, 2013, following the June 30, 2013 close of the data submission window.<br />
All 2012–13 PFT data must be submitted and corrected by the August 31, 2013<br />
deadline. In August, LEAs will have an opportunity to review summary reports and<br />
make final corrections prior to the public release of the PFT Results.<br />

Healthy Fitness Zones<br />
No changes were made to the values on the HFZ charts for 2012–13. The only<br />
change to the HFZ charts for 2012–13 is to the name of the Needs Improvement –<br />
High Risk designation for Aerobic Capacity and Body Composition. This designation<br />
will be reported as Needs Improvement – Health Risk.<br />
