adopt rules for maintenance <strong>of</strong> patient records. This law does<br />

Permits <strong>the</strong> BME <strong>to</strong> adopt rules <strong>to</strong> ensure Medicaid and<br />

Medicare patients receive appropriate telemedicine medical<br />

services and <strong>to</strong> prevent abuse pursuant <strong>to</strong> that provision <strong>of</strong><br />

care.<br />
