workers. Subsection (7) states, "A social worker<br />

shall safeguard <strong>the</strong> client's rights <strong>to</strong> confidentiality<br />

within <strong>the</strong> limits <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> law."<br />

This regulation relates <strong>to</strong> privacy <strong>of</strong> IIHI. This<br />

requires full compliance with HIPAA.<br />
