use <strong>of</strong> electronic communications. This regulation<br />

relates <strong>to</strong> privacy <strong>of</strong> IIHI.<br />

This regulation is not contrary <strong>to</strong> HIPAA because it<br />

refers <strong>to</strong> and requires compliance with Parts 160<br />

and 164 for <strong>the</strong> notice language.<br />
