Subsection (b)(3) provides that all proceedings and<br />

<strong>the</strong> healthcare worker's personal physician, are confidential<br />

and release <strong>of</strong> information relating <strong>to</strong> a health care worker's<br />

HIV status shall comply with Chapter 81.<br />
