Sufficient evidence. If sufficient evidence exists, you can either request a meeting with the<br />

property owner to obtain voluntary compliance or file a lawsuit against the property owner. The OAG<br />

will file suit on behalf of the referring agency and will provide all of the legal representation for the<br />

duration of the lawsuit. The OAG does not represent the referring agency but represents and will<br />

file suit on behalf of the State.<br />
