If sufficient evidence exists, you can either request a meeting with the property owner to obtain voluntary compliance or file a lawsuit against the property owner. The OAG will file suit on behalf of the referring agency and will provide all of the legal representation for the duration of the lawsuit. The OAG does not represent the referring agency but represents and will file suit on behalf of the State.
