points in the text. Those professionally engaged in the subject will have access
to detailed bibliographical tools.
Official and professional reports may be less well referenced. They are listed on
pp 100-2. Readers will note that this report forms part of a major international
effort to address the <strong>issues</strong> raised by research on human genetics.
The Working Party has also followed the interest taken in the subject by the
media in the UK during the last two years.
Finally, the Working Party wishes to record its gratitude for the assistance given
