<strong>Black</strong> <strong>Eyeliner</strong><br />

<strong>CC</strong>-<strong>E0013</strong>(<strong>LA</strong>)<br />

Procedure:<br />

1. PART A: Add Deionized Water to a suitable mixing vessel.<br />

2. Disperse Natrosol ® 250 HX with mixing. Mix until uniformly dispersed and until no lumps appear.<br />

3. Add Triethanolamine(99%) and mix until the polymer hydrated and clear.<br />

4. Add Panthenol and mix until dissolved.<br />

5. Add Avalure* UR 450 Polymer and continue mixing until the mixture is uniform.<br />

6. Add PVP powder with mixing. Mix until all of the powder is in the solution and batch is uniform.<br />

7. Heat batch to 75°C with mixing.<br />

8. PART C: In a side vessel, mix all of the PART C (oil phase) ingredients and heat to 75°C. Mix<br />

until uniform.<br />

9. Add PART B to PART C with mixing. Mix until the pigment is completely wetted and uniform.<br />

10. When PART A and PART B/C are both at 75°C, add PART B/C to PART A. Mix until uniform.<br />

11. Continue mixing batch and begin cooling to 40°C.<br />

12. When batch has cooled to 40°C, add Euxyl ® K 300. Mix until uniform.<br />

13. Continue cooling batch to room temperature and pour into desired package.
