In 2007 the ACT government released its<br />
“Affordable Housing Action Plan 2007” (AHAP<br />
2007) which included a range <strong>of</strong> initiatives to<br />
address <strong>housing</strong> affordability.<br />
This initiative was intended to provide <strong>diversity</strong><br />
within streetscapes , and <strong>of</strong>fer a range <strong>of</strong> homes<br />
at affordable prices, especially for smaller<br />
households and lower income families.<br />
