Juli is in the office next door to the College Residence Officer. Her door is always open
to students who wish to discuss problems—academic or personal—or just pop in for a
chat. If you are feeling homesick or have any problem then Juli is your first port of call.
Setting into university life can be daunting for many students but rest assured, you are not on your
own; we are here to make sure you have the best possible experience and enjoy your new
adventure. She is always willing to offer soothing words and a cup of tea! If she can’t sort it out,
then she will know someone who can do but be assured your problems will seem lighter after talking
them over—all conversations are confidential. You’re more than welcome to drop in at any time
with any query.

Tracy deals with all matters relating to your accommodation on Alexandra Park. She
hopes to meet you all over the course of the year and is happy to discuss any concerns
you may have about your accommodation.
