Would you please provide an update on these proceedings.
As referenced in our original correspondence, dated December 3rd, we requested a solution by
the end of January 2012. The resolution of these matters is over due by more than 4 months! If
we cannot see resolution, within the next thirty (30) days, you will leave us no other recourse
than to take legal action against the Municipality.
I am very confident a court of law would find that we have been more than fair with the time we
have allowed for the Municipality to act. As the Executors in the Estate of Terence Laird,I must
remind you that we have a fiduciary responsibility to all our stakeholders to bring these matters
to a speedy conclusion and to finalize the Estate.
We shall look for your reply on or before the 30th day of June, 2012. Please advise.
