Revenue and expenses are reflective of the beach season having just begun.
Expenses are slightly higher than revenue due to fact that the beach
maintenance season begins earlier in the year than the beach usage season.
Revenue is entirely reflective of the beach usage season having just begun.
Community Centres & Libraries
Revenue on track for YTD
The timing of the debt repayment contributes to the lower expenses at this time.
Drainage
Expenses are higher than projected as a result of drain construction costs that
were not planned for.
Capital
The capital summary includes notes on the status of the many projects underway in
Lambton Shores.
Summary
The June 30 th , 2012 Draft Year to Date statements for Lambton Shores represent the
typical first 6 months of activities for the Municipality. The summer seasonal activities
will impact the next two months of statements with the final 4 months picking up the
balance of the winter activities. If you have any specific questions, myself or the
