THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAMBTON SHORES BY-LAW 79 OF 2012 Being a By-law to amend By-law 1 of 2003 WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores passed a comprehensive Zoning By-law 1 of 2003 on the 4th day of February, 2003; and WHEREAS Council deems it desirable to amend the said By-law; and WHEREAS a public meeting was held on April 16, 2012 under Section 34(12) of the Planning Act, R.S.O., 1990; NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Lambton Shores enacts as follows: 1. That Schedule "A" attached hereto (being a description of the lands affected by this By-law) is hereby declared to form part of this By-law. 2. Section 5.5 of By-law 1 of 2003 is hereby amended by adding the following thereto: vv) Exception 48 to the Agricultural - 1 Zone Notwithstanding any other provisions of this By-law to the contrary, on lands zoned Agricultural 1.48 (A1-48) on Schedule “A-1” to this By-law, and described as Part of Lot 7, Concession 11, geographic Township of Bosanquet, no dwelling of any kind shall be permitted. ww) Exception 49 to the Agricultural - 1 Zone Notwithstanding any other provisions of this By-law to the contrary, on lands zoned Agricultural 1.49 (A1-49) on Schedule “A-1” to this By-law and known as 8110 Kinnaird Road, the maximum lot coverage for the existing accessory building shall be 296 m² and the existing accessory building is considered to be accessory to the residential use. 3. Schedule ‘A-1’ to Zoning By-law 1 of 2003 is hereby amended by changing the zone symbol that applies to those lands as indicated on Schedule ‘A’ to this By-law from the: “AGRICULTURAL- 1- (A1)” to the “AGRICULTURAL 1.48 (A1-48)” 109
and “AGRICULTURAL 1.49- (A1-49)” 4. This By-law shall come into force and effect pursuant to Section 34(21) or Section 34(30) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.
