of the Partnership Newsletter.<br />
9. Evaluation of the Partnership Board<br />
This item was moved to the next meeting. There is a<br />
questionnaire, which asks:<br />
1. How are the Partnership Board<br />
meetings?<br />
2. How effective are we?<br />
3. What are the priorities of the<br />
Partnership Board over the next year?<br />
ACTION POINT 4 – Linden to work with Rhys to make<br />
Questionnaire more accessible.<br />
