Annex 1 – Mandatory conditions
1 MANDATORY CONDITIONS
Supply of Alcohol (note does not apply to Club Premises Certificates)
1. No supply of alcohol may be made under this licence:
a) At a time that there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence; or
b) At a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his
personal licence is suspended.
2. Every supply of alcohol under this licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a
personal licence.
Annex 2 – Conditions consistent with the Operating Schedule
1 Embedded Condition
A sound limiting device shall be installed to control all power outlets, this shall and be set at a cut out
level determined by the Council and shall be maintained at the set level.
The final inward opening doors from the premises on to Wandsworth Road shall be locked back in the
open position at all times the premises is in use under this licence.
Members of the public (excluding staff carrying out their duties) shall not be permitted to enter the
basement area of the premises at any time it is in use under this licence.
The licensee shall only use door supervisors, registered by the Security Industry Agency, the licensee
must keep a record of the name, address, badge number and the date the person was on duty at the
premises. This record must be kept on the premises and be available for inspection by authorised
officers of the council and police officers, at all times the premises is open to the public.
