• 1.25 oz of Tanqueray ® London Dry Gin<br />

• .75 oz Lemon Juice<br />

• .75 oz Simple Syrup<br />

• Top with 1.25 oz of Champagne<br />

Preparation<br />

In a mixing tin, add Tanqueray ® London Dry Gin, lemon juice<br />

and simple syrup. Shake with ice and strain into a Champagne<br />

flute. Top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.<br />

Ingredients<br />

• 1.5 oz Ketel One Citroen ® Flavored Vodka<br />

• 1 tablespoon of Cranberry Reduction<br />

• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice<br />

• Top with Club Soda<br />

Preparation<br />

In a mixing tin, add Ketel One Citroen ® Flavored Vodka, cranberry<br />

reduction* and lemon juice. Shake vigorously with ice. Pour<br />

contents into a rocks glass (strain over new ice if you prefer no<br />

'chunks' ). Top with a splash of club soda. If you would like <strong>the</strong><br />

cocktail a bit sweeter, add .25 oz of simple syrup.<br />

*To make a cranberry reduction, take a 12 oz<br />

bag of cranberries, rinse and add 4 oz of orange<br />

juice and 4 oz of simple syrup. Bring it to a<br />

boil, <strong>the</strong>n let it simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. Stir<br />

occasionally while it is simmering. Then place<br />

<strong>the</strong> reduction into <strong>the</strong> freezer for 30 minutes and<br />

allow <strong>the</strong> reduction to thicken.<br />

• 1.5 oz Don Julio ® Blanco Tequila<br />

• 2 oz Fresh Squeezed Apple Cider (not juice)<br />

• .25 oz Agave Nectar<br />

• Pinch of Cinnamon Powder<br />

Preparation<br />

Add all ingredients into a shaker, <strong>the</strong>n add ice and shake vigorously.<br />

Strain <strong>the</strong> contents over ice in a Highball/Collins glass and garnish<br />

with a cinnamon stick.<br />

Ingredients<br />

• 2 oz Smirnoff ® Kissed Caramel Flavored Vodka<br />

• 1 oz Apple Juice<br />

• .25 oz Lemon Juice<br />

• .25 oz Simple Syrup<br />

Preparation<br />

Shake all ingredients and strain into martini glass. Garnish with<br />

thin apple slices and a caramel rim.<br />

glass rimmed with cinnamon.<br />
